Brother Rice High School football schedule for 2024 released

CHICAGO – High school football players will take the field as practice officially begins Aug. 12.

This fall, Brother Rice High School will be joined by Mt. Carmel (Chicago), St. Ignatius (Chicago) and Loyola Academy (Wilmette) in the Chicago Catholic League/East Suburban Catholic Conference (Blue).

One of the most eagerly awaited games is the “Pulaski Road Super Bowl,” where the Brother Rice Crusaders will host their neighborhood rival Marist High School at home on September 6th.

Casey Quedenfeld returns as head coach of the Brother Rice Crusaders college football team, which finished the 2023 season with an overall record of 5-5 in the CCL/ESCC.

Locally, Brother Rice's regular season begins at home on August 30th when the Crusaders host the Phillips Wildcats, kicking off at 7 p.m.
