According to a new report from TMZ, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office has dismissed the domestic violence case, saying there was not enough evidence to proceed to trial. They also said they could not press charges against her because Jackson has no criminal past. Furthermore, her boyfriend, the alleged victim in the case, has no injuries and even refused to cooperate with prosecutors, so nothing further can be worked out in the case.

The investigator in charge of the case also previously told Fox News Digital that while the couple did not deny the incident, they tried to downplay it. In addition, sources informed TMZ that when questioned about the incident, Skai not only denied that anything serious had happened, but also claimed that they were happily engaged and expecting a baby together.

As a first measure to contain the situation, security guards detained Jackson and her boyfriend at Universal CityWalk until officers arrived on the scene. The 22-year-old Jessie graduate was eventually arrested at around 6:30 p.m. local time on charges of spousal assault. She was released from custody a few hours after the arrest after posting $20,000 bail.

Although recent updates indicate the case has apparently been dropped, her arraignment was originally scheduled for October 11 in Van Nuys Superior Court.
