Paris Hilton trailer catches fire on music video set

Paris Hilton says she is “safe” after a fire broke out on the set of her latest music video.

On Friday (16 August), the 43-year-old Simple life The former student shared on social media that a fire broke out in her trailer while filming her new song “Bad B—- Academy.” The post included footage of the damage the fire caused, along with a message pointing out that no one was injured in the incident.

“Unfortunately, today on the set of my music video, a fire accidentally broke out in my trailer,” Hilton wrote on her Instagram story. “As heartbreaking as it is, I am so thankful that everyone is safe and I am incredibly grateful for the incredible support I have around me.”

The “Stars Are Blind” singer’s post included a shout-out to her team, including video director Hannah Lux Davis as well as Heidi Klum, Meghan Trainor and Lance Bass.

Hilton shared a second post with a photo showing some of her charred belongings from the video shoot. “This is not how I imagined shooting my music video for 'Bad B– Academy' would turn out,” she captioned the photo.

Hilton's upcoming album, Infinite symbolis set to be released during New York Fashion Week on September 6. The upcoming release, which Sia serves as executive producer, marks the entertainment icon's first album since her debut in 2006. Pariswhich resulted in her biggest hit to date, “Stars Are Blind.” The song reached number 18 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.

Hilton recently collaborated with Meghan Trainor on the song “Chasin'.” Paris raved in an interview with the “All About That Bass” singer Billboard.

“One of my favorite things is Meghan Trainor. She's just so sweet and incredible,” she said. “We met years ago during New York Fashion Week. She just came up to me and said, 'I'm the third Hilton sister.' Then I immediately liked her so much and we became best friends.”
