Multiple law enforcement agencies at scene of massive shooting in Paulding County

PAULDING COUNTY, Georgia – Multiple police agencies are on the scene of an incident in Paulding County.

Cobb police confirmed they were called to Hiram to assist in the investigation of a shooting.

Channel 2's Christian Jennings is where authorities have closed the street at the corner of Virgie Ballentine Drive and Bill Carruth Parkway.

Jennings saw dozens of Cobb County police officers drive into the area with their sirens on.

Paulding County deputies and police officers from Hiram and Dallas are also in the area.
