According to court documents, the Mesa Police Department's Real-Time Crime Center recorded the black SUV before and after the shooting.

Using license plate readers, police were able to track down 24-year-old Alyssa Soto, which led to her arrest for aggravated assault.

Soto told police she was cut and grazed by the victim's vehicle and was so angry that she pulled out her 9mm pistol and started shooting.

The victim tells us that she is still afraid of further retaliation.

A shell casing from Soto's gun was left on the street, but investigators found the bullet in the parking lot of a nearby Chevron gas station.

No one was shot in the incident.
