The following arrests were made recently by local police departments. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Massachusetts privacy law prohibits police from releasing information about domestic and sexual violence arrests with the goal of protecting alleged victims.

LOWELL

• Warren Stevens, 46, 291 Summer St., Lowell; shoplifting, assault, resisting arrest.

• Amy Fernandez, 41, 65 Summer St., Apt. 145, Lowell; warrants (failure to appear for trespassing, shoplifting and theft over $1,200).

• Daniel Jenkins, 43, 70 Methuen St., Apt. 7, Lowell; aggravated rape of a child (under 14), aggravated rape.

• David Anaya, 36, 38 Prince Ave., Unit E, Lowell; warrant (failure to appear for assault with a dangerous weapon), fugitive from justice.

• Jose Quijosaca Lluilema, 41, 32 Oliver St., Apt. B, Lowell; warrant (failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended), operating a motor vehicle after license is revoked.

• Jonathan Arce, 37, homeless; warrants (failure to appear for resisting arrest and possession of a Class B drug).

• Shekinah Bishop-Sullivan, 36, 1417 Ames Hill Drive, Tewksbury; warrant (assault on a person over 60 years of age).

• Samantha Picanso, 37, 256 Market St., Apt. 2, Lowell; possession of Class B drugs with intent to distribute, license plate violation, operating a motor vehicle after a suspended license.

• Angel Reyes, 30, 110 Cabot St., Apt. 8, Lowell; possession of a Class B drug with intent to resell.

• Herby Melendez, 38, homeless; warrant (failure to appear for theft under $1,200).

• Luis Lima, 43, homeless; warrants (failure to appear for trespassing and possession of Class B drugs).

• James Pelham, 53, homeless; warrants (failure to appear for theft under $1,200 and theft over $1,200).

• Kayvon Rath, 18, 33 Spring Ave., Lowell; possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, manufacture/delivery of a Class B drug, manufacture/deal, distribution/possession/delivery of 10 grams or more of fentanyl.

• Juvenile, 17, Lowell; unlawful possession of a weapon, juvenile offender, trafficking 18 grams or more of heroin, possession of a Class B drug, carrying a loaded weapon, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony.

• Jordan Haggar, 33, 194 Chelmsford St., Lowell; resisting arrest, carrying a dangerous weapon, shoplifting, assault with a dangerous weapon (with shoes).

• Dwaine Cook, 34, 105 Rainbow Terrace, Salem; damaging the serial number of a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition.

• Luis Calle-Cela, 18, 35 19th St., Lowell; warrant (rape of a child).

• Milton Barrios, 37, 122 Beacon St., Lowell; warrant, providing a false name or Social Security number to law enforcement.

• Alban Crevecoeur, 39, homeless; warrants (two counts of theft under $1,200).

WILMINGTON

• Silas Belden, 27, 260 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington; operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended.

• Michael Leek, 36, 5 Riverhurst Road, Apt. 813, Billerica; operating a motor vehicle without a license, speeding in violation of special regulations.
