Brave Rival release second album “Fight or Flight”

Brave Rival are on the rise and ready to cement their place in the upper echelons of British rock.

The band's second album, Fight or Flight, is now available on all platforms.

This 12-track album shows the band's evolution and was once again produced, engineered and mixed by the highly acclaimed Tarrant Shepherd. The album, like their debut, was proudly crowdfunded by their loyal Bravians.

Brave Rival are led by two singers Chloe Josephine And Lindsey Bonnick, which gives the band a distinctive touch; and they are supported by the instrumental talents of Donna Peters (drums, percussion and acoustic guitar); Ed 'the Rag' Clarke (guitars); and Billy 'Danger' Dedman (bass guitar).

“We're so excited about the release of Fight or Flight,” says Lindsey. “It's been an incredible journey from the beginning to now. We put our heart and soul into this album and I think you can tell that in songs like 'Heavy', 'Insane' and 'Stars Upon My Scars'.”

Billy adds: “I love this band and our fans. What a year it's been. And the best part is that it's not even the end yet. Now we get to tour with the album and bring the Fight or Flight show to the masses and we can't wait!”

The band's pride in their work is clear to see. Donna commented on the reception of the album: “I'm so proud of this album because the response to our first album, Life's Machine, was just incredible. And the response and reviews for this album are even better, which is so rare for a second album.”

“What we're doing is so real. I think anyone who hears Fight or Flight will find a song they can relate to, and that's powerful. I'm just so proud.”

“We were really racking our brains over what the video for 'Bad Choices' should be,” says Chloe. “Then one day on tour in the Czech Republic we had a brilliant idea and thought how cool would it be if the video featured a lot of funny failures and videos from our own lives to represent the bad choices we've all made.”

Ed further explains: “From there, the concept of the video evolved from the perspective of a fan navigating fake social media platforms on their phone. We wanted to involve as many of our fans, friends and colleagues as possible. Lindsey worked on the video for a few months and did an amazing job!”
