Twin Falls County man arrested for Sexual exploitation of a child

[BOISE] – Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced that investigators from his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested 56-year-old Daniel DeKruyf in Twin Falls County on Thursday, August 15.th2024, for 20 cases of sexual exploitation of a child.

The ICAC task force was assisted by the Rupert Police Department, Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office, Jerome Police Department, and electronic storage tracking dogs from the Idaho Falls and Rupert Police Departments.

“Every arrest made by our ICAC Task Force represents an unknown number of exploited and abused children,” said Attorney General Labrador. “It is our job to investigate, arrest and prosecute these perpetrators and keep them out of our neighborhoods. I am grateful for the hard work of our ICAC Task Force and the partnerships it is building across our state. Each new partner agency helps make our communities safer.”

The Attorney General's ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the Internet to criminally exploit children.
