Driver with high NOS content arrested after attempting to flee after accident

DETAILS:

1. The Anaheim Police Department and Anaheim Fire and Rescue responded to a two-vehicle crash.
2. When the units arrived, they found not an SUV, but a large van.
3. There were five passengers in the SUV; two of them were injured and taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
4. The driver fled on foot to a neighborhood park, where he was spotted by people in the park who saw him flee. Anaheim police took him into custody.
5. He was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol.
6. The police found a NOS bottle (laughing gas) in the vehicle
