ATLANTA, GA – Major League Wrestling (MLW) today announced MLW World Heavyweight Championship title fight: Satoshi Kojima (Champion) vs. Mads Krule Krugger at MLW FIGHTLAND'24 on Saturday, September 14th, at Center Stage in Atlanta, GA and live on YouTube.

The main event for FIGHTLAND has been set. In a match that will shake the foundations of Major League Wrestling, Mads Krule Krugger, the undefeated CONTRA commander, will challenge Satoshi Kojima for the MLW World Heavyweight Championship.

Mads Krule Krugger, known as the “Black Hand of CONTRA,” has been a force of destruction since the re-emergence of the shadowy international cabal CONTRA in 2024.

Undefeated, Krugger is known for leaving a trail of destruction in his wake, leaving opponents in body bags in his wake – most notably Jacob Fatu, who was brutally murdered in one of Krugger's most notorious acts of violence.

Krugger's fear was clearly visible at MLW's Never Say Never event, starting with a brutal attack on Okumura. Later, he teamed with CONTRA's Minoru Suzuki and Ikuro Kwon to defeat Satoshi Kojima, Matt Riddle and AKIRA in a chaotic Pier Six Brawl. It was Krugger who secured the win for his team, sending a clear message to the wrestling world: Satoshi Kojima is his next target.

Kojima, the respected MLW World Heavyweight Champion, accepted Krugger's challenge from Tokyo, Japan and has since responded with one word: accepted. This will not only be a fight for the title, but for the soul of MLW. Kojima, a legend in his own right, has been relentlessly pursued by Krugger and CONTRA, including a vicious attack on War Chamber earlier this year that decimated his team.

In Chicago, when Krugger and CONTRA hijacked the closing moments of Kojima's world title defense at Fury Road against 1 Called Manders. Now the 7-foot-tall masked mercenary is determined to capture the ultimate prize – the MLW World Heavyweight Championship.
