On August 13, a Multnomah County judge found Terri Lynn Zinser, aka Terri Lynn Zinzer, incompetent to stand trial due to a mental disorder.

In September 2022, Zinser broke into a Portland home and climbed into a 10-year-old's bed. When the homeowner confronted Zinser, she began cursing, picked up an ottoman and threw it at the homeowner.

Police arrested Zinser but released her on a court order. Two weeks later, she was charged with breaking into another home. When the homeowner returned home, he found Zinser asleep in his bed.

She was arrested and taken to the Multnomah County Jail. The Multnomah County District Attorney changed the charges to no charge.

In 2023, she underwent a psychiatric evaluation at the Oregon State Hospital in Salem.
