Damian Jones, Theo O'neil-Jones and Cassandra Spiker arrested in Priceville

PRICEVILLE, Alabama (WAFF) – Three people are in jail after a drug bust occurred during a traffic stop in Priceville early Monday morning.

According to Priceville police, officers attempted to stop a vehicle after declaring the occupants were “involved in criminal activity.”

After officers stopped them, Damian Jones, Theo O'neil-Jones and Cassandra Spiker were taken into custody while investigators searched the vehicle.

During the search, officers said they found fentanyl, marijuana, various pills, drug paraphernalia and a large amount of cash.

All three were arrested and taken to the Morgan County Jail.

The following charges were brought:

Damian Jones

Bond: USD 600,300.00

Charges: Trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in illegal drugs – opium, illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice

Theo O'Neil-Jones

Bond: 550,000.00 USD

Charges: Trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in illegal drugs – opium, illegal possession of marijuana and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia

Cassandra Spiker

Bond: USD 550,300.00

Charges: Trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in illegal drugs – opium, illegal possession of marijuana and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia
