First appearance of Utah Hockey Club in EA's NHL 25 leaked

SALT LAKE CITY – On Monday afternoon, the first trailer for EA’s NHL 25 leaked online, giving fans their first look at the Utah Hockey Club in the game.

Not surprisingly, the first player to appear in the trailer is franchise star and NHL All-Star Clayton Keller, who performs a quick feint on what appears to be a Calgary Flames player.

As the video plays out, Utah's entire team is seen jumping over the boards while the phrase “Hockey is Utah's game” appears.

This is the first-ever installment in EA's NHL video game franchise to feature a Utah-based NHL team. Fans can control their new favorite players while enjoying a variety of game modes including Play Now, Franchise, Be A Pro, Hockey Ultimate Team, and World of Chel.

In recent years, the base game of EA's NHL series for Xbox and Playstation has sold for $69.99. The X-Factor Edition, which offers early access, in-game currency and certain player skins, generally costs $99.99.

The game's full reveal is expected to be released on Thursday at 12pm MT.
