After an accident in West Phoenix, one person is in critical condition

PHOENIX — One person was hospitalized in critical condition after a crash in west Phoenix, authorities said.

According to the Phoenix Fire Department, the accident occurred Monday afternoon near 83rd Avenue and Camelback Road.

A Phoenix police patrol car was involved in the accident, but none of the officers were injured, the fire department said.

No further details about the crash were released.
