Man convicted of road rage in Southern California could be released from prison

Nathaniel Walter Radimak, the “Tesla Road Rage Guy” who committed a series of brutal road rage attacks, could soon be released from prison.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) — The man serving a prison sentence for a series of violent traffic incidents in Southern California could soon be released.

Nathaniel Walter Radimak was sentenced to five years in prison last year, but a court granted him 424 days of pre-sentence credit for time he had already served. His earliest parole date is this month, according to online records.

The man accused of carrying out a series of violent road rage attacks across Southern California has been sentenced to five years in prison.

Radimak's road rage resulted in conviction on several charges, including threats, vandalism and elder abuse.

He was caught on video several times attacking other drivers and using a metal pipe on several occasions.

At least 10 people, mostly women, contacted Eyewitness News and said the 36-year-old violently attacked them in cities across Los Angeles County.

Less than a day after shocking dashcam footage showed an angry man wielding a metal pipe in an rage-fueled attack behind the wheel on a Southern California freeway, other drivers are now reporting similarly violent encounters with the same person.

Radimak has a long criminal history spanning nearly two decades in eight different states.
