Apple Music's 3-month free trial is back, but act fast

Apple Music is free for another three months – of course only if you are a new subscriber.

After shortening the trial period to just one month in 2022, Apple is temporarily reinstating the three-month free trial for Apple Music. The offer is valid until September 22 for users who have never tried Apple Music through Apple One, a family plan, or a direct subscription.

If you want to take advantage of the offer, open the updated Apple Music app on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. According to the company's offer page, you should see the offer immediately. Otherwise, go to the Home tab and tap the Accept Now button below the offer.

Once you subscribe, you can access Apple Music through the official app on any supported device or through the website in any browser. You can listen to ad-free music from a catalog of over 100 million songs, Apple Music 1 Radio, and more.

At the end of the trial, you will automatically be switched to the $10.99 per month plan, so if you don't want to pay for the streaming service, you will need to cancel it before the free trial ends.

Apple also offers buyers of new Apple devices a three-month free trial of Apple Music.
