5 people arrested after three search warrants in Horton

HORTON, Kansas (WIBW) – Three search warrants resulted in five jail stays in Horton on Saturday, Aug. 17, officials said.

The Horton Police Department assisted the Brown County Sheriff's Office with a series of arrests on three search warrants on Saturday, August 17.

The first arrests were made on a search warrant served by the Brown County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force at 150 W. 13th Street in Horton.

Based on the search warrant, a person named Daniel Chatman, 33, of Horton was arrested at 150 W. 13th St. for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

In addition, another search warrant was issued by the Brown County Sheriff's Office on Saturday afternoon. This particular search warrant was initiated for 315 W. 12th St. in Horton.

Execution of the search warrant for 315 W. 12th St. resulted in the arrest of two people. Cameron Mayer, 41, was arrested for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Raechel Juber, 41, of Horton, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

The Brown County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 133 W. 13th Street in Horton on Saturday evening.

Based on the search warrant issued Saturday evening, two people were arrested by Brown Co.

Gerald Adams, 44, of Horton was arrested on charges
for possession of meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Carolyn Sigmon, 63, of Horton was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
