Oh, wouldn't it be nice to be a dolphin jumping out of the sea with other dolphins on a warm summer day.

An impressive video taken during a whale watching tour shows a pod of dolphins jumping high above the waters off the coast of San Diego on August 12.

At the time of this report, the footage has been viewed over 7 million times.

“You could see them jump about 20 feet in the air and everyone on the boat started pointing and I was like, 'Where are people staring?'” Erica Sackrison told local news media.

Sackrison, who shot the footage, runs Gone Whale Watching.

“It almost feels like they're doing Olympic-style jumps, like they're all trying to be like Simone Biles and just touch the sky and come down. It was awesome,” she added.

“You know, when these things rise higher than the wheelhouse … it's spectacular,” Sackrison said.
