Tuesday, August 20

At 5:30 p.m., Lavon Murrell, age 38, of Fall River, Massachusetts, was taken into custody by Officer Boghigian for Domestic Disturbance and Domestic Violence – Simple Assault and/or Battery – 1st Offense.

At 7:40 p.m., Anthony Regine, age 41, of Newport, Rhode Island, was arrested by Officer Ducker for domestic disturbance and domestic vandalism/intentional damage to property.

At 8:15 p.m., 63-year-old Lemar Brown of Newport, Rhode Island, was cited by Officer Ethier for urinating, coughing, or defecating in public.

At 11:50 p.m., 18-year-old Wilmer Chajon of Newport, Rhode Island, was cited by Officer McCabe for driving with an expired or no license (first offense) and driving without lights.

Wednesday, August 21

At 4 a.m., David Thomas, 21, of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, was arrested by Officer Gonsalves for possession of Schedule I, II, III, IV and V drugs (excluding marijuana).

At 4 a.m., Dylan Holtbakk, 21, of Charlestown, Rhode Island, was arrested by Officer Gonsalves for possession of Schedule I, II, III, IV and V drugs (excluding marijuana).

At 4 a.m., Darren Weldon, 33, of Middletown, Rhode Island, was arrested by Officer Gonsalves for possession of Schedule I, II, III, IV and V drugs (excluding marijuana).
