Naperville police arrests Aug. 16-18 – Chicago Tribune

The following points were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a conviction:

  • A 42-year-old Naperville woman was arrested at 1:59 a.m. on August 16 at the corner of Raymond Drive and McDowell Road for illegal lane use, driving under the influence and obstructing a police officer.
  • A 25-year-old Bolingbrook man was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on August 16 at the corner of West 75th Street and Millbrook Drive on a warrant and charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving on a canceled, suspended or revoked registration.
  • A 36-year-old Naperville woman was arrested at 1:51 p.m. on August 16 in the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue for speeding, driving without a license and driving without insurance.
  • A 31-year-old man from Hobson City, Alabama, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. on August 17 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road on a warrant and fugitive from justice.
  • A 26-year-old Oak Park man was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on August 17 at the 1350 Aurora Ave. police station on a warrant and charges of trespassing/remaining on property, fleeing from police and resisting or obstructing a police officer.
  • A 44-year-old Bellwood man was arrested at 2:36 a.m. on August 17 at North Route 59 and East Interstate 88 for improper roadway stopping, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving under the influence and transporting open alcohol.
  • A 76-year-old Naperville woman was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on August 17 in the 1400 block of East Chicago Avenue. She was charged with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession or transportation of alcohol by a driver and driving without insurance.
  • A 36-year-old Dolton man was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on August 18 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court on charges of armed habitual criminality, possession of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis, resisting or obstructing a police officer and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon.
  • A 52-year-old Naperville man was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on August 18 in the 1800 block of South Washington Street on a charge of malicious damage to property.
