Kevin Gates reacts after viral video shows him punching content creator: 'Never do that shit again'

Kevin Gates has commented on the controversy surrounding a recent viral video in which he punches a content creator.

In response to the incident, the 38-year-old rapper initially contacted the content creator Wayon (@wxyonnn) via direct message with the request:

“Delete that shit, bitch.”

However, Kevin Gates later took a different approach and addressed the situation publicly on Instagram.

In his video Kevin Gates said,

“Don't you ever do that shit again, boy. I didn't raise you to be like that, boy… It's all good, baby, players screw up too.”

The altercation occurred at the Westfield Topanga Mall in California, where Wayonwhile filming himself, approached Goals and asked him to recite an explicit statement:

“Can you quickly say 'shit in the p****' for me?”

Goalsvisibly annoyed, replied:

“Stop playing with me, nigger. Fuck off.”

Kevin Gates then hit Wayon on the back of the head.

Wayon reacted shocked and said in his video:

“Kevin Gates just attacked me. D****, ouch. N****, I just got punched by Kevin Gates. That's a dub, quite the opposite.”

With many Kevin Gates' Fans seem to support his answer, it will be interesting to see if Wayon initiates all further measures in connection with the incident.
