Teenager and man arrested, accused of double shooting

NEW DETAILS IN THIS INVESTIGATION. OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE FIRST CAME TO THE NORTHEAST 23RD AREA FOR A DOUBLE SHOOTING, AND ONE OF THEM HAPPENED HERE AT THE GAS STATION. LOOK AT THIS. YOU CAN SEE BULLET HOLES HERE ON THE DUMP CAN. AND EVEN FURTHER HERE, SEVERAL BULLET MARKS SCOTTISHED ON THE GROUND. WE TALKED TO A BUSINESS WHO SAID THEY HEARD AND SAW THE NEXT SHOOTING. OVER HERE ACROSS THE STREET, SHOTS AFTER ONE AFTER ONE. DOESN'T REALLY SOUND LIKE A HANDGUN. MARTELL FIELDS SAYS HE WAS SITTING AT HIS DESK ON NORTHEAST 23RD STREET IN LOTTIE TUESDAY AFTERNOON WHEN HE FIRST HEARD THE SHOTS. I LOOKED UP AND TRYED TO AVOID, WELL, WHAT WAS COMING AT ME. BUT WHEN HE JUST LOOKED UP AND SEE TWO MEN BOYS BASICALLY RUNNING IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS, HE NOTICED THAT ONE OF THEM, JERICHO HUTCHERSON, WAS LYING ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF HIS BUSINESS. FIELDS SAYS HE AND OTHER EMPLOYEES FROM NEARBY BUSINESSES TRIED TO RUN TO HIM FOR HELP. I WAS ACTUALLY DOWN AND TALKED TO HIM AND TOLD HIM TO HOLD ON, HELP IS ON THE WAY. STAY WITH US. JUST KEEP BREATHEING. BUT IT WAS TOO LATE. THE 17-YEAR-OLD DIED. FIELDS SAYS IT WAS THE MOST DEADLY THING FOR HIM TO WATCH SUCH A TRAGIC SITUATION, BUT HE HOPES HE WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE THE TEENAGER SOME COMFORT IN HIS LAST MOMENTS. IT WAS SAD. THAT WAS IT, YOU KNOW, BUT, YOU KNOW, I JUST HAD TO BE STRONG FOR HIM, AND, YOU KNOW, AND HOPE HE KNEW PEOPLE WERE THERE TO HELP HIM. POLICE FOUND ANOTHER TEENAGER NEARBY AND TOOK HIM TO THE HOSPITAL. HE IS EXPECTED TO BE OK. A 15-YEAR-OLD AND A 33-YEAR-OLD WERE ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SHOOTING. They have been charged with murder. This should not happen, especially when kids have guns and are doing other things. Both suspects will have their first court appearance tomorrow.
