South Clinton Street is known for its continuous southbound lanes, and witnesses say some drivers speed or even race on this street.

A new video we shared with our Emilia Miles on Wednesday showed that speed seems to play a role at this intersection.

A concerned bystander says something needs to be done before someone else gets hurt.

This crash remains under investigation.
