Moss Point woman arrested after supplying gun used in Grand Bay gas station murder

MOSS POINT, Mississippi (WLOX) – A third person has been arrested in the Aug. 7 murder of Horace Eugene Sellers in Grand Bay, Alabama.

Brittany Mentor of Moss Point is currently in custody because officials believe she was a willing participant in Sellers' murder.

Investigators say Mentor was in the same vehicle as Jesse Darrell Brown of Moss Point and Thomas Nickolas Marshall of Vancleave when shots were fired at a Chevron gas station on Highway 90 in Grand Bay.

During an interview by the Mobile County Sheriff's Office, Mentor also confessed to providing and hiding the weapon used to kill Sellers.

Mentor is currently charged with murder and attempted murder.
