Firearm incident reported to DMPD as possible case of road rage

DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines police said Wednesday evening they responded to a shooting incident that began near 2nd and University avenues. No injuries were reported, but the victim's vehicle was damaged.

Authorities said the incident was reported as a potential traffic accident

According to DMPD, there is no evidence of an ongoing danger in the neighborhood.
