More pictures posted in online forums

On Saturday, more nude photos of celebrities were leaked onto the Internet. This is apparently the second publication of material by a hacker who published intimate pictures of dozens of celebrities on an Internet forum earlier this month.

Victims of the latest leak included reality TV star Kim Kardashian, actress Vanessa Hudgens and US women's national soccer team goalkeeper Hope Solo. Previously unpublished photos of celebrities included in the latest leak, such as Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence and The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco, were also released.

According to several media reports, the images first appeared on the website 4Chan on Saturday morning and were also posted by users on Reddit, but were quickly deleted by site administrators.

The recent victims were all included in a 101-person “masterlist” posted on 4Chan during the initial leak several weeks ago, which the anonymous hacker claims contains personal photos and videos.

The FBI is currently investigating the first incident, and a spokesperson for Lawrence said in early September that anyone caught posting photos of the Hunger Games actor would be aggressively prosecuted by her legal counsel.

Shortly after the first images were posted online, it emerged that many of them came from the celebrities' personal iCloud accounts.
