Patrol arrests 12 people in northern Missouri from August 19 to 21

The Missouri State Highway Patrol recently released a report detailing the number of arrests in Northern Missouri between August 19 and August 21, 2024. The report states that a total of 12 people were arrested during this time period. The reasons for these arrests include, but are not limited to, drunk driving, failure to appear in court, and various traffic violations.

Lynell N. Pritchard29, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on August 19, 2024 at 7:25 p.m. in Buchanan County. He was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear in court related to child support obligation. Pritchard was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and was released on bond.

Ramil L. Ramirez41, of Kingston, Missouri, was arrested in Caldwell County at 12:00 p.m. on August 20, 2024. Ramirez was arrested on a Caldwell County warrant for a traffic violation. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center and was released on bail.

Alexey L. Dolmatov37, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested on August 20, 2024 at 6:54 p.m. in DeKalb County. Dolmatov was charged with reckless and careless driving and driving while intoxicated. He was held at the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail for 24 hours.

Samantha J. Ramirez32, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on August 21, 2024 at 1:38 p.m. in Buchanan County. Ramirez was taken into custody on a warrant issued by the St. Joseph Police Department for lack of financial responsibility. She was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and was released on bail.

Steven R. Fanning37, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on August 21, 2024 at 1:38 p.m. in Buchanan County. Fanning was taken into custody on several charges, including a warrant for driving while license is revoked or suspended from the St. Joseph Police Department, a warrant for speeding out of Buchanan County, and driving while suspended. He was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and was released on bail.

Matthew G. Clark39, of Gorin, Missouri, was arrested in Clark County at 10:38 a.m. on August 19, 2024. Clark was taken into custody on a Clark County warrant for driving without a license. He was held in the Clark County Jail and later released.

Matthew R. Boeding28, of Moberly, Missouri, was arrested on August 19, 2024 at 10:42 p.m. in Randolph County. Boeding was charged with DUI. He was held in the Randolph County Jail and later released.

Sean H. Hargraves26, of Wyaconda, Missouri, was arrested on August 20, 2024 at 10:03 p.m. in Scotland County. Hargraves was charged with DUI and reckless and careless driving resulting in an accident. He was held at the Scotland County Sheriff's Department and later released.

Abraham A. Arzola24, of Milan, Missouri, was arrested on August 21, 2024 at 7:18 a.m. in Adair County. Arzola was charged with driving while suspended and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was released from custody without further incident.

Micah N. Cunningham35, of Kirksville, Missouri, was arrested in Putnam County at 9:55 a.m. on August 21, 2024. Cunningham was taken into custody on several charges, including a Schuyler County warrant for resisting arrest, driving while suspended, and ignition interlock violation. He was held at the Schuyler County Sheriff's Office and was released on bail.

Andrea D. White38, of Macon, Missouri, was arrested on August 21, 2024 at 5:32 p.m. in Macon County. White was charged with DUI, DUI with a person under 17, careless and reckless driving resulting in an accident, failure to secure a child under 16, and failure to wear a seatbelt. She was held at the Macon County Sheriff's Department for 24 hours.

Christopher L. Stover48, of Marshall, Missouri, was arrested in Pettis County on August 21, 2024 at 10:19 p.m. Stover was taken into custody on a Pettis County warrant. He was held in the Pettis County Jail and was released on bail.
