Three men arrested for drug offences after search of two CT apartments

Three men were arrested after police executed a search warrant on two East Hampton homes on Thursday.

According to police, East Hampton police officers executed a search warrant at 54 and 55 Midwood Farm Road around 6 a.m. Thursday.

Three men from East Hampton were taken into custody based on the search warrant, police said.

Fredrick Galvin, 60, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $1,500 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on September 3.

Jeffrey Poe, 52, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a weapon, ammunition or electronic defense weapon, distribution of illegal drugs and possession of a high-capacity magazine. He was held on $50,000 bail and appeared in court Thursday.

Anton Facius, 44, was charged with possession of excessive quantity of cannabis, illegal distribution of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $5,000 bail and has a court date of Sept. 3.
