Central Georgia men sentenced to prison after series of crimes

According to prosecutors, the crimes all occurred in January 2023.

JONES COUNTY, Ga. – Two Bibb County men have been sentenced to multiple life terms for armed robbery in Jones County, according to a filing by T. Wright Barksdale III of the Ocmulgee District Attorney's Office.

The post states that Shaun Mills, Terrell Mills and Corey Wallace robbed a home in southern Jones County in January 2023 and attacked a mother and her three children.

They say nine days after the break-in, Shaun, Terrell, Wallace and Donnie White went to the 49er Mart on Shurling Drive and committed several counts of armed robbery and aggravated assault.

According to the post, the Jones County Sheriff's Office made several arrests shortly after the 49er Mart robbery.

According to the article, they were both sentenced to seven life sentences.

According to previous reporting by 13WMAZ, Terrell, Shaun and White have been charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of Pinal Kumar Patel in Bibb County. Patel was shot outside his home on Thoroughbred Lane on January 20, 2023. His wife and daughter were also injured.

The night before, Terrell and Shaun allegedly shot Ishmael Hassan Saleem in his car in his driveway on Lincoln Street. In April, they were charged with his death.

As of March, Bibb Superior Court records showed no documents filed in any of the cases against the men. We reached out to prosecutors, but they did not respond.

Both Terrell and Shaun had four previous convictions at the time of these crimes and are now serving life sentences.

Wallace was sentenced to 50 years, of which he is to serve 30 years in prison. White was sentenced to 50 years, of which he is to serve 15 years in prison today. It was the first felony conviction for either man.
