NOPD investigates Canal Street shooting

NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans police are investigating a shooting that occurred Friday morning on Canal Street.

According to police, the shooting occurred around 9:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Canal Street

According to NOPD, at least one adult was shot. The victim was taken to the hospital by emergency medical services.
