Tri-State firefighter charged with harassment and stalking of woman

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A tri-state firefighter is facing multiple charges after being accused of harassing and stalking a woman.

According to court documents, Devin Moore, a firefighter and paramedic with the Madeira and Indian Hill Joint Fire District, was arrested by Deer Park police on Thursday.

Police believe the 27-year-old entered the victim's apartment without permission on July 13 and entered her bedroom, where she was with someone else.

They say Moore repeatedly sent threatening text messages to the victim and tried to reach her via email, group chats and social media, even after she asked him to stop in August.

According to police, Moore also took photos of the victim during a sexual encounter without her knowledge and then sent the photos to her.

According to police, the victim is now too scared to stay in her own home.

Moore is accused of threatening behavior through stalking, voyeurism, harassment via telecommunications and distributing an image of another person.

The fire chief said Moore is currently on leave.
