Donnellson Quartet faces drug charges | The Hawk Eye – Burlington, Iowa

The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of four Donnellson residents for major and minor drug offenses.

Jennifer Lynn Morris, 44, is charged with possession of more than five grams of methamphetamine with the intent to resell (a Class B felony), Iowa drug tax stamp violation (a Class D felony), operating a drug house (a felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor).

Jason William Anderson, 51, is charged with possession of more than five grams of methamphetamine with intent to resell (a misdemeanor); violation of an Iowa drug tax stamp (a misdemeanor); and possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor).

Joshua Edwin James Hartman, 39, is charged with possession of more than five grams of methamphetamine with the intent to resell (a misdemeanor); violation of an Iowa drug tax stamp (a misdemeanor); and possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor).

Kenneth Allan Thompson, 48, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.

The charges were filed after the Lee County Drug Enforcement Task Force executed a search warrant on a residence in Donnellson. All four individuals were present at the time of the execution and were charged with violating the above charges.

The Lee County Drug Task Force was assisted by the Donnellson Police Department, Lee County Sheriff's Office and Lee County District Attorney's Office.
