MOTORCYCLIST FIGHTS FOR LIFE AFTER ACCIDENT IN NORTH YORK

A 33-year-old motorcyclist was fighting for his life in hospital after his motorcycle was hit by a car at a North York intersection on Friday afternoon.

According to Toronto police, the two vehicles collided shortly after 6 p.m. at the corner of Finch Ave. E. and Seneca Hill Rd. – east of Don Mills Rd.

A Ford Edge was traveling west on Finch approaching Seneca Hill Dr. when it collided with the eastbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

“The driver of the Ford Edge turned left at the intersection, police claim. “The Harley Davidson crashed into the Ford Edge.”

The 33-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Ford Edge remained on site.
