This game would be a great opportunity for the Tigers to build their College Football Playoff career this season. Clemson brings a second-year quarterback to the field. Cade Klubnikwho threw for 2,844 yards and 19 touchdowns with nine interceptions last season.

The Tigers are also bringing back a number of defensive players after finishing 30th in scoring defense last year. This includes linebacker Barrett Carterwho was second on the team last year with 62 tackles and 3.5 sacks.

Clemson has won seven of the last nine ACC championship games and appears ready to compete for another title again in 2024. According to FanDuel, the Tigers enter the race tied with Florida State for the best chance of winning the 2024 conference title.

With the Seminoles fresh off a loss in their opening game against Georgia Tech, Clemson's chances are only getting better. Of course, the Tigers will have to pull out all the stops in their season opener against Georgia to achieve that goal.
