Hyundai will unveil the facelifted Creta at the GIIAS, an Indonesian auto show, which begins on November 11. These new leaked photos confirm that the Tucson resembles the front design of the Creta facelift. The front gets LED daytime running lights that are seamlessly integrated into the jewel-shaped grille. The grille has a glossy look. Below the grille is a thick silver element that covers the space behind the number plate. The headlights are more angular and placed lower. In the side profile, the silver stripe continues from the front to the rear wheel. At the rear, it gets sharper looking tail lamps and a new tailgate design.

The interior design will be largely similar to the current generation. One addition will be the 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster with driving mode animations. This digital instrument cluster is similar to the one offered in the Alcazar. The biggest addition, however, is the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) that offers features such as lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control and autonomous emergency braking. Most of the features will be similar to those of the existing model, but one addition is an updated version of the BlueLink connected car technology.

Expected launch in India

As mentioned above, the Creta facelift will be launched in Indonesia first. It is expected to hit the Indian market in the second half of 2022. The Indian model will most likely have the same design and features as the Indonesian model.
