1 injured after shooting in Miami Gardens

MIAMI GARDENS, Florida. – One person was injured in a shooting Saturday night in Miami Gardens near the Norland and Andover neighborhoods.

Witnesses reported hearing gunshots in a parking lot near the Super Stop convenience store at 255 NW 199 St. Miami Gardens police and Miami-Dade Fire Department personnel responded.

A witness said the shooting was believed to be related to a man selling drugs on someone else's property. Police did not confirm the witness's observation or provide any details about the shooting.

Miami-Dade Fire Department rescue personnel decided to transport an injured person to the hospital.
