Learn about Peel Crime Stoppers' first golf tournament fundraiser — Modern Mississauga Media

Peel Crime Stoppers is pleased to announce that its first charity golf tournament will be held on Thursday 19 September at Brampton Golf Club.

This community-driven event will be hosted by Anwar Knight and highlights include an auction at 6pm with a number of outstanding prizes and a keynote address by Mark Dapat, Deputy Chief Constable of Peel Regional Police.

Registration and lunch begin at 11:30 a.m., and there will be a shotgun start in Texas Scramble format at 1:00 p.m.

Peel Crime Stoppers (PCS) is a registered charity and community-led volunteer organization serving Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga. Concerned citizens can report suspicious or illegal activity by calling Crime Stoppers' independent and anonymous TIPS line (1-800-222-8477). TIPS are then forwarded to the appropriate law enforcement agency to investigate and/or prevent crime. Peel Crime Stoppers relies on financial support from the public to operate the program.
