Chef prepares ‘miniature’ chicken biryani that will leave guests’ mouths watering for days!

In 2019, miniature food had its big moment and got us hooked. But the concept still seems to fascinate. This massive downsizing of everyday objects and food offers a new perspective on things we usually see in a certain way. In a video recently shared on Instagram by a page called “great_indian_asmr,” our favorite chicken biryani gets a miniature makeover and is exactly how you imagine it.

Why this miniature chicken biryani dish is a dream

A page called Great Indian Asmr recently shared a video of a chef making a miniature chicken biryani. Unsurprisingly, this too was a huge hit because it is chicken biryani after all, and no matter what shape and size the dish is, it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

In the clip, the man cooking the dish uses a miniature version of literally every item involved in the process, from the utensils to the ingredients. From miniature onions to miniature kitchen gadgets or pots to a miniature blender, everything is featured in this lifelike presentation.

But it was the final arrangement that won hearts in the end. The chef spread a small banana leaf, placed biryani on it and then added yogurt before crowning it with two small eggs. Somehow the whole clip is mesmerizing to watch and you never want it to end.
