Crime scene cleanerPlatform: WindowsGenre: actionDeveloper: Presidential StudioEditor: President Studio, PlayWay SAShare: 14.08.2024The excellent Crime Scene Cleaner (which you can read our full review of here) is about to get even better – as revealed in a recent developer update, the team is planning a series of free post-launch updates for the highly atmospheric janitorial sim, starting with bug fixes and quality of life improvements based on community feedback. A brand new Challenge mode is also planned, allowing players to replay missions with a repertoire of interesting modifiers to keep things fresh. In addition, the team has committed to delivering brand new content to the game, including a community-voted and fan-selected map (called the Underground Lab), as well as continuing the story of protagonist Kovalsky with additional levels and narrative elements. As mentioned above, each update listed in the roadmap will be available for free to all existing owners of the title.

In our review, we called Crime Scene Cleaner “a hybrid of cleaning sim and mystery thriller that offers intriguing levels with plenty of personality,” and pointed out that the complex level design and fantastic atmosphere make for an absolutely stunning combination that never gets boring.
