Lincoln County Jail Court Records, Thursday-Sunday, August 22-25, 2024:

  • Eric Lamont Smith, 10/29/2004, 101 NE Sandlewood Trail – arrested and charged by the Brookhaven Police Department with cyberstalking, threatening/harassing via email, simple assault on a police officer, and aggravated assault on a police officer.
  • Chauncey Jajuante Collins, 07/21/1998, 789 Saints Trail – arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff's Office on a Justice Court warrant (probation violation).
  • Shayla Gabrielle Manspeaker, 04/18/1997, 1658 Bogue Chitto Road SW – arrested by LCSO and charged with theft/trespassing.
  • Curtis Lamar Spencer Jr., 06/13/1984, 322 East Cherokee St. #5 – arrested by BPD and charged with first offense shoplifting (value $1,000 or less).
  • Chazwuan Skaggs, 12/31/1997, 101 East Piazza St., Crystal Springs – arrested by BPD and charged with grand larceny.
  • Milton Gattin, 04/23/1992, 5999 Rollinson Road, McComb – arrested by the Mississippi Highway Patrol and initially charged with drunken driving and driving without motor vehicle insurance.
  • Kasha Robinson, 11/9/1998, 1558 East Friendship Lane #1 – arrested, charged by BPD with cyberstalking, threatening/harassing via email, simple assault by threat or intimidation, and no motor vehicle insurance.
  • Undrea Demetra Campbell, 11/03/1981, 132 C St., Biloxi – arrested by BPD on a city warrant.
  • Franklin Wilson, 06/08/1988, 301 Lucas St. #1 – arrested by LCSO and charged with probation violation.
  • Michael A. Hodges, 10/7/1979, 1004 Mallard Trail, Summit – arrested by LCSO and charged with check fraud.
  • Deadrick Weatherspoon, 01/23/1997, 408 Douglas St., Madison – arrested, charged with DUI, child endangerment, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoids in motor vehicle, speeding 10-19 mph over the limit, three counts of failure to wear seat belt, no child restraint, by MHP.
