Man allegedly took a photo under a teenager's skirt during a football match

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) – A Waxhaw man was arrested after allegedly using a cellphone to take a photo up a teen's skirt, police records show.

Brian Outland was arrested by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police on Saturday, August 24, and charged with stalking.

The incident occurred during a Charlotte FC game, according to police reports. A representative from Tepper Sports & Entertainment issued the following statement:

“We are aware of an incident that occurred at the stadium on Saturday evening. We are cooperating fully with local law enforcement authorities and have no further information to share.”

His bail was set at $5,000. Jail records show he posted bail on Monday.

Outland held a senior management position at Coca-Cola Consolidated. The company released the following statement:

“We are aware of the allegation, however it is not our practice to discuss personnel matters of current or former teammates. All questions should be directed to local law enforcement.”
