Garden City man arrested for drunk driving after hit-and-run

GARDEN CITY, Kan. (KWCH) – a

During their investigation, officers found that Serrano-Torres was traveling westbound on E. Fulton Street when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole, an unoccupied vehicle, and a light pole. He left the scene and continued traveling westbound before being stopped by officers. The total estimated property damage is over $5,000.00.

Serrano-Torres was arrested and booked into the Finney County Jail for driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, and violating driver's duties when colliding with an unattended vehicle or property.
