Court date set for Miller family over Virginia City incident

The first court date has been set for a family involved in an incident in Virginia City that went viral on TikTok over allegations of racism.

A pretrial hearing is scheduled for November 14 for Gary Miller, his wife Janis Miller and his daughter Tiffany Miller, the Storey County District Attorney's Office confirmed to the Reno Gazette Journal.

The hearing will take place at the court in Virginia City.

The three members of the Miller family were arrested on August 7 in connection with an incident that occurred during the Hot August Nights classic car kickoff event in Virginia City.
