Charge of aggravated assault upgraded to capital crime

A man once charged with aggravated assault is now facing felony charges. Jackson Police began investigating an aggravated assault that occurred on Northside Drive on August 20. Jeremy Ware, 35, a suspect in the case, was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault. The victim, later identified as Dennis Watson, was initially in critical condition but eventually succumbed to his injuries. Ware's charge was upgraded to a felony. The investigation is ongoing.

A man once charged with aggravated assault is now charged with capital crimes.

Jackson Police began investigating an aggravated assault that occurred on Northside Drive on August 20. Jeremy Ware, 35, a suspect in the case, was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault.
