Wichita is looking for police officers, firefighters and other city employees at a job fair

WICHITA, Kansas (KWCH) – The City of Wichita is hosting six career fairs prior to the District Advisory Board meetings in September. The job fairs will be held over two days next month, September 4 and 9, in all six districts.

Applications are accepted for all open positions in the City of Wichita, but there is an increased need for positions in the Wichita Police Department, Wichita Fire Department, Wichita Park & ​​Recreation, Wichita Public Works & Utilities, and Wichita Transit.

District 3

  • Alford Library Branch, 3447 S. Meridian

District 5
