  • The Province of Manitoba is hiring a part-time Water Quality Reporting Assistant (73198). The application deadline is 27.August.
  • The Manitoba Crafts Museum and Library is hiring a part-time Museum and Engagement Assistant with flexible hours. The application deadline is 30.August.
  • The Learning Disabilities Association of Manitoba is hiring a part-time reading and spelling tutor for Barton (73037).** Deadline for applications is 6 September.
  • The Government of Manitoba is hiring a Casual Direct Support Worker (4048) in Cranberry Portage, Flin Flon, Snow Lake, Thompson, Dauphin and Swan River, MB. The position is open until filled.
  • St. Leon's Market is looking to hire for a variety of positions including Soil Squad, Garden Advisor, and Greenhouse Worker. Some positions are best suited for students with bilingual skills. Apply today!
  • The Federal Student Work Experience Program (FSWEP) offers a variety of part-time and full-time jobs for students.   • The Friends of Dalnavert Museum Inc. is hiring a museum programs and communications intern in Winnipeg. 11 September 2024 to 31 March 2025. Deadline for submission is 28.August.
  • Filmore Riley LLP is hiring a Corporate Paralegal, Litigation Paralegal, Litigation Collection Paralegal, Corporate Legal Paralegal and Corporate Services Assistant in Winnipeg. Positions open until filled.
  • YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg is hiring an Asset Manager and a General Manager of Community and Corporate Programs. The deadline for applications for these positions is 6 September.
  • Futurpreneur Canada's Black Entrepreneur Startup Program supports Black entrepreneurs with personalized mentorship, critical resources, and financial support, including startup loans and grants.   • Are you interested in working in the natural resources sector? Are you between 15 and 30 years old? NRCan's Science & Technology Internship Program (STIP) – Green Jobs supports young people to gain work experience and skills through full-time paid internships. Career fairs, information sessions and conferences are a great way for you to learn more about your field, network and discover the opportunities that exist there. Employers visit career fairs and booths to inform students about future opportunities and to look for talented students/graduates for current positions. Check out these upcoming events!

  • The Asper School of Business is hosting the next Stu Clark webinar series. Register today!
  • The #Standwithowners competition is back and offers a prize of 200,000 to an entrepreneur with 0-100 employees. The deadline for applications is September 4th.
  • Film Training Manitoba hosts “Newcomers Welcome: Reel Careers in Film Panel and Mixer Session” in partnership with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress and FRANK Digital on September 12th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Registration is free.
  • Applications for two leadership positions at the U of M, Indigenous Circle of Empowerment (ICE) and Bison Spirit, close on September 16th. Apply today!
  • Eco Canada’s virtual career fair is back September 18th. Register today!
  • The U of M hosts the annual Asper Career Fair on 25 September from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event will take place in the student residence on the ground floor and in the Sony study area on the third floor of the Drake Centre. The event is open to all Students of the University of Manitoba, registration is not required.
  • There are a number of preparatory workshops in the run-up to the annual ASE Career Fair at the UMSU University Centre on October 9th.
  • Stu Clark New Venture Championships at the Fort Garry Hotel from April 25-27, 2025. This is an exciting three-day competition focused on entrepreneurship and innovation. The application deadline is March 4, 2025.
