Do you need a part-time job? There will be a job fair at Renfest this weekend

Pirates, nobles, mermaids and knights – it takes a whole village to organize the largest costume party in the region.

The Carolina Renaissance Festival will host a job fair on Saturday, September 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the festival grounds, 16445 Poplar Tent Road, Huntersville, NC 28078.

The festival hires 350 seasonal employees annually. Seasonal employees have the opportunity to sell turkey legs and beer, greet guests and more. The festival offers competitive seasonal hourly wages ranging from $14 to $18, as well as free festival admission to share with friends and family. “It’s an opportunity to proudly earn additional income while contributing to the magic and joy enjoyed by all ages at the festival,” says Matt Siegel, Director of Marketing and Entertainment.

The Carolina Renaissance Festival celebrates 31 years of Cheers weekends, Saturdays and Sundays from October 5th through November 24th. The interactive event is a combination of outdoor theater, circus, outdoor arts and crafts market, jousting tournament and feast – all in one, non-stop, all-day family adventure. Tickets are date-specific, limited in number and sold only online on the festival website while supplies last.
