The landlord faces preliminary charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon and assault.

According to court documents, during the argument, the landlord allegedly grabbed a knife and told the woman, “I can really hurt you.”

At some point during the scuffle, the woman managed to break free from the landlord.

According to court documents, police found the knife under a sofa in the apartment's living room. In addition, furniture in the apartment had been thrown around, suggesting that some kind of disturbance had occurred.
