The Assistant Manager position is a primary, operational role at Beermill. Team members who excel in this role enjoy being in control, enjoy interacting with customers, are comfortable managing competing priorities, and are exceptional communicators.

Assistant managers are responsible for, among other things:

– Serving customers in the store

– Receiving delivery orders from different platforms

– Sending delivery staff to private households and businesses

– Resolve unexpected delivery issues

– Management of day-to-day business

– Creating orders from week to week

– Maintaining a clean/organized business

Assistant managers must at least:

– Be friendly, cooperative and willing to learn

– Experienced users in navigating websites on a desktop computer

– Competent handling of various POS systems

– You have strong organizational and decision-making skills

– Available weekends

– 40 hours per week

– Available holidays
