Isiah Pacheco is known for his tough running style. Now the Kansas City Chiefs running back can also boast some crazy moves… literally. At the start of the third quarter of Thursday's season opener against the Baltimore Ravens, the third-year veteran apparently had to go to the sidelines due to an injury, threw up on the field and returned to the goal line shortly afterwards for a powerful touchdown run.

Pacheco, 25, appeared to land hard on his shoulder early in the second half and was briefly replaced in the backfield by veteran rookie Samaje Perine. NBC cameras then showed Pacheco hunched over on the sidelines, breathing heavily as he fought off nausea alongside head coach Andy Reid.

It wasn't long, however, before he was back in the lineup and tasked with pushing through the Ravens' front and making a first-and-goal run that eventually put Kansas City ahead 20-10.

The two-time Super Bowl winner also recorded a 23-yard pass reception that night.
